    Most connection problems are caused by Windows malfunctions or incorrect settings on people's computers. If you are experiencing difficulties, first try restarting your computer. Then compare the settings on your computer to those in the setup instructions (see the configuration instructions above). Check your settings and make corrections as necessary. Check about help services before you call.
